A grainy, low-resolution surveillance or sensor camera still image appearing to be from an infrared or night-vision type camera. The image shows a gray, textured background (possibly open terrain, water, or sky) with a white crosshair/reticle overlay centered on the frame. A small dark object or anomaly is visible near the center of the crosshair. Multiple black redaction bars are overlaid across the image, obscuring text or other content in at least six locations. A black bar also runs across the top of the image.
