Details:
On October 2024, provided multiple video clips showing
objects appearing to be unknown UxS or UAP near residence. had
previously been referred to the FBI by a FBI liaison contact

in August 2024. detailed his observations, [ ] attempts to
collect data, and work to de-conflict possible prosaic explanations
for [ ] observations. [ ] documented observations and efforts in
a which [ ] shared with SSA and SA

[x] noted renewed activity on the evening of October 2024
which captured on video. provided FBI with clips of
the video which showed the activity. captured additional activity
on video on the evening of October 2024, which later sent as well.

[ ] had privately documented [ ] observations of anomalous
lights appearing to be orbs dating back to [ ] first observation in the
early morning hours of November [ ] 2021. [ ] has observed these objects
in the vicinity of <empty> and sometimes as close as 200 yards from
<empty> residence. These objects have been observed hovering in a static
position, and moving. They are sometimes observed above the horizon, as
well as close to the ground, within the trees, and in or near the water.

<empty> has privately consulted with multiple people regarding
observations, and has set up trail cameras and other sensors to collect
data from <empty> property. <empty> reported <empty> seen spikes in Gamma
radiation that correlate with times <empty> has observed the objects, and
additional unusual effects on electronics and GPS data from devices.

[Redacted] [Redacted] stated [Redacted] was never interested in the UAP topic prior to
[Redacted] initial observations in November 2021, and stated [Redacted] would have
described [Redacted] as a skeptic. Since that time, [Redacted] has made repeated
observations behind [Redacted] residence, and would like to understand what [Redacted]
is observing. [Redacted] has lived at [Redacted] residence since 2006 and had not
seen any anomalous lights or activity behind [Redacted] property prior to [Redacted]
first observation in November 2021. [Redacted] had not made attempts to discuss

what was seeing with neighbors due to not wanting to alarm them or
give them the wrong impression. However had one conversation with
neighbor to the south who stated that they had also seen strange lights
in the tree line behind their house. also stated that rarely
witnessed any human activity in the nature area, and no activity that
would explain what is seeing. stated wants to protect
family's privacy, as well as being courteous to neighbors, so does
not want this information regarding observations to become public.

[Redacted] had personal travel planned to [Redacted] [Redacted] [Redacted]
and [Redacted] had proposed an in-person meeting in [Redacted]
which will likely not occur. This information was relayed to FBI [Redacted]
to establish local contact, and any potential ongoing contact
with [Redacted] in [Redacted].
